The BugSplat website servers are moving to an upgraded data center on March 7th , 2008. Our new data center will provide improved reliability and a faster network connection to support our rapidly growing customer base.
Unfortunately, we cannot accomplish this move without some service interruption.
Beginning at 7 pm EST on the evening of March 7th, customers will not be able to log into the BugSplat website. During this period, crash reporting from your BugSplat-enabled applications will appear to function normally, however reports will not be saved.
Full service will be restored as soon as possible, likely prior to 11 pm EST that evening.
If crash reports during this period are critical to your company, please contact support@bugsplatsoftware.com by March 5th.
